These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Prima Cripso platform, website, and related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Prima Cripso

Prima Cripso provides crypto-asset exchange and related services to eligible clients in supported jurisdictions. Services are offered by PRIMA CRIPSO LTD (UIC 208910026) under applicable authorisation and regulatory requirements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country), legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and not located in a restricted jurisdiction. We may refuse or terminate access if you do not meet eligibility or compliance requirements.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and two-factor authentication devices. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. Services

We may offer spot trading, euro deposits and withdrawals, custody, and related features as described on the platform. Availability of specific assets and payment methods may change based on regulation, liquidity, or risk assessment.

5. Fees and quotes

Fees, spreads, and total costs are shown before you confirm an order. See our Fees page for indicative schedules. We may update fees with reasonable notice where required by law.

6. Risk disclosure

Crypto-assets are volatile. You may lose some or all of the money you invest. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Services may not be covered by deposit guarantee or investor compensation schemes.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use Prima Cripso for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend activity pending investigation.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, branding, and content are owned by Prima Cripso or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal or authorised business purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prima Cripso is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from market movements, blockchain networks, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes and termination

We may amend these Terms or discontinue features with notice where required. You may close your account subject to settlement of outstanding obligations. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal requirement, or risk management.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
